We hope you will join us for a celebration of the love, grace and mercy we have received in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God IS good! Join with us to thank and praise him for 50 years of ministry in Aurora and beyond. So, COME HOME to Resurrection!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been a little over 50 years since the first service was held at Franklin Hall Elementary School on June 30, 1968. So much has happened. So many lives have changed.
We hope you will take time to come and join us as we celebrate, look back, and look forward. Whether you are a current member, former called worker, student, Sunday School attendee, past guest musician or choir member, an ESL participant, or a visitor, we want to see YOU at our celebration. After all, you’re FAMILY!
Resurrection is not just a building; it is a place of refuge, a place of fellowship, a place to learn about Jesus Christ. We invite you to join with us to remember shared memories, to see people that you might not have not seen in a while, but most importantly, to celebrate God’s promises in God’s house. A house where you are always welcome, a place you can be yourself, a place where you can join in praising God with your brothers and sisters in Christ. If you’re part of the history of Resurrection, you are part of our family. So, please, COME HOME to celebrate with us!
Every great party has a take-home favor, right? Fifty years of touched lives means a whole lot of memories, a bunch of friendships, and immeasurable blessings. Help us commemorate God’s gifts to Resurrection through the families God’s Word has touched.
We need your memories, stories, and pictures!
“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ” -Colossians 3:23-24 (NKJV)
